Concerto of Light
Petteri Unkila
- Location: Turku Music Hall Fuuga, Itäinen Rantakatu 20
- Time: 3–6 December 2026, 4–10 pm
As evening falls, music and light intertwine.
Fuuga comes alive with light and music on a winter’s night. Petteri Unkila’s Concerto of Light is a dynamic light installation in which beams of light move, pulse and breathe in time with the music. The installation illuminates the night sky above the music hall and can be seen far beyond Turku city centre.
Concerto of Light reaches its climax, when light and music come together in a five-minute performance. The rhythm of the music sets the light in motion, creating an unforgettable experience that invites visitors to explore the connection between the senses. The installation is best experienced from the riverbank or Fuuga’s rooftop terrace.
